At the moment we do not offer smartphones in combination with our subscriptions.

With the Stern Mobile App you can change your bundle quickly and easily. Configure your mobile plan and adjust it any time. In the Stern Mobile App you can easily check your invoices, usage and personal data.

You have a contract with Stern Mobile for a month, 1 or 2 years. Each contract has a notice period of 1 month. You can cancel free of charge after the end of your contract. You can also find the end date of your agreement in the Stern Mobile App.

Stern Mobile only offers Sim Only plans. A Sim Only is a mobile subscription without a telephone with a minimum duration of 1 month.

Calling our customer service is free for Stern Mobile customers via 085 - 105 70 10.

Are you satisfied with your subscription and is it expiring? Then you don't have to do anything. In this case, your subscription will continue monthly at the same conditions and rates as before.

Switching from your current provider to Stern Mobile is easy via the order page on our website. It is also possible to keep your current mobile number.
